When booking a meeting room, add the notes onto the invoices so the client can remember what the meeting was for or who it was with.

I would like to have a feature that would add the notes for my reservations into the description boxes for the quick charges.

I have a lot of clients who need to know why their reservations were made; I add these notes to the notes section in the master calendar at the time of their reservations. I would like it so that when they get their monthly invoice, the notes i have added to the master calendar appear in the description box for my clients. Is this possible?
